CONDITIONS FOR  DELIVERY   

We offer delivery everywhere in Quebec. Fees are applied for all orders based on weight, amount and delivery adress. Additionnal fees can be applied for some overweight and/or oversized items. We will contact you if additional fees are required for your order.

DELIVERY LEAD TIME

Orders are shipped by Papeterie Commerciale Val d'or or one of our carriers in a delay of 1 to 5 business days. Lead time can vary depending on your region, the time at which you passed your order as well as product availability (furniture, customized items, back orders, etc.). Contact our customer service to get more information on delivery opportunities.   

RETURN OF GOODS

In order to return or exchange goods bought from Papeterie Commerciale val d'or, please complete and send us the Return Form in order to obtain a mandatory authorization number. The products to return must be intact and in their original box, and the request made within 30 days of delivery. Return costs are assumed by the client, except in cases where the product is defective or if we made a mistake in your order. In these specific cases, we will send a carrier pick up or replace the products at your home or office at our expense.
